Tuesday, April 13, 2004   More Training One good thing about my new employer is the extremely thorough training they put all new-hires through. The company is run and organized using L Ron Hubbard's theory of management, which is not yet as scary as it sounds. This method gives everyone a very specific job and puts them in a very specific place in the company. It is interesting at the very least.
