This week the New England coast is expected to be the unlikely landing place for hundreds of Rubber Duckies that were lost at sea 11 years ago. 29,000 of the plastic toys were dumped in the Pacific when a cargo ship travailing from Japan to Seattle was buffeted by a storm.
